YST Science Outreach Workshop - Simiyu Region
The YST Simiyu Science Outreach Workshop was a remarkable success, attracting a diverse array of schools from Simiyu region, along with dedicated mentoring teachers. It took place at Nassa Secondary School, with Dr. Gozibert Kamugisha serving as the science advisor. The Workshop focused on empowering science educators to inspire secondary school students in the realms of scientific innovation and technology, fostering a spirit of curiosity and exploration.
By cultivating essential research and problem-solving skills, students are not only prepared to confront the challenges within their communities but are also inspired to become proactive agents of change who will drive progress and elevate the nation’s sustainable development by leveraging the power of Science and technology.
